Our construction projects are tailored to you completely, and each one starts with a full set of custom architectural drawings. Whether you want to start from a blank page, modify one of the homes we have previously built to better suit your lifestyle, or make additions or changes to your existing home, our architect will meet with you and come up with the perfect plan for your property. By doing a site specific design, rather than exactly copying a previous floor plan, we can ensure that your home captures the best views and aspects of your property. With an existing home, we can identify what areas of modification will give you the best value from your project, and will achieve the goals you have.
We build homes from about 2,000 square foot and up, on inland, water indirect, or water direct properties on Marco Island. We have experience building homes in a variety of different syles, such as coastal contemporary, mediterranean, modern, and elevated homes. All of our custom homes have a large list of standard features, including all required hurricane protection in the form of impact windows and doors. Our new construction process is turn key, meaning we take care of the design of the home (unless you already have plans you would like to work with), all permitting and impact fees, all engineering, all construction management and hiring of sub-contractors, and all inspections throughout the process. When your home is complete, it will be move in ready.
We work on substantial additions or remodels in single family homes only. As with new construction, we will deliver a turn key project, including all design, all permitting and impact fees, all engineering, all construction management and hiring of sub-contractors, and all inspections throughout the process. When your home is complete, it will be move in ready, and the old will blend perfectly with the new. We have previously added second floors to existing homes, done complete interior renovations, or added additional square footage outside of the existing footprint of the home.
